Flexible Hire or commission options
When organising your event, the first thing to consider is the date, so it’s helpful to have a few possible options ready when you contact us. Once a suitable date is confirmed, we’ll help you select a ride package that best suits your school fete.
After the rides are chosen, we’ll finalise the financial arrangement. With our commission option, the school receives 20% of the total ride revenue. Schools can also choose whether they would like to run the ticket box themselves or have our team manage ticket sales on the day.

Outright Hire
With our hire option, you book the rides at a fixed price and keep all the takings from the event. Simply choose the rides you would like for your school fete and contact us by phone, email, or through our online enquiry form. Our team will get back to you as soon as possible with pricing and availability.
Commission hire
We offer commission-based packages with no upfront costs (conditions apply). We first introduced this option over 20 years ago to help schools that didn’t have the budget to organise rides for their fete. Once their events were successfully established, many schools gained the confidence and funds to plan future fetes with their own budget.
Wristbands and how they work
The first step is to decide on a presale price for your ride wristbands. This price should reflect the overall value of the ride package selected, and we’re happy to help recommend an appropriate price.
We suggest promoting wristband presales at least six weeks before the fete to maximise sales. Presales should close on the Monday before the event. On the day of the fete, wristbands can still be purchased, usually at a slightly higher price than the presale offer. Individual ride tickets can also be made available on the day at a suitable price.
How it works?
We provide coupon receipt books for your committee to use when preselling unlimited ride wristbands. On the day of the fete, these coupons are exchanged for wristbands, which are then fitted by a committee member. Schools also have the option to run the ticket booth themselves, or we can provide experienced staff to manage ticket sales during the event.
